Matching Gifts

Matching gifts are a wonderful way to increase the impact of your gift to Chicago Jewish Day School. If your employer offers such a program and you would like to match your gift to CJDS, please contact the Human Resources department at your place of work and request a matching gift form. If a tax number/EIN is required, please use 36-443-7180.

Once you have filled out the matching gift form, please send the document along with your gift amount to Rich Moline, Director of Institutional Advancement, at rmoline@chicagojewishdayschool.org.
