Portrait of a Graduate
Picture your child at Chicago Jewish Day School!
When your little one climbs out of their car seat and makes their way to their classroom on the first day of school, it might be difficult to imagine them in ten years at their Grade 8 graduation.
When we look at our newest students, we see future leaders who will support, care about, and further the causes that impact our community and the world. It is our graduates who will promote dialogue among diverse voices, who will reach out to and help others, who will build our Jewish communities, and who will have a meaningful and lasting connection to Israel. Chicago Jewish Day School's dedicated faculty instill leadership with an intense focus on the whole child. From a young age, we instill a love of learning in our students. Each child is supplied with the skillset required to sharpen their focus on their future. At Chicago Jewish Day School, your child will flourish into a well-rounded young adult: self-advocating, confident, communicative, and responsible.
Our 186 alumni are thriving and serving as leaders in their school communities and beyond. Our graduates are proud to be Jewish, connected to their community, curious, and motivated to make the world a better place.
