In solidarity with the 134 Israeli hostages who have been held captive in Gaza, students in Grades 3-8 participated this week in a "Bring Them Home Now" Yellow Ribbon Project. To express our support for those kidnapped and their families, students wrote each hostage's name on a ribbon and hung them on the trees on the Carol F. Kaufman playscape. Some students added heartfelt messages expressing our collective plea: "Bring them home."

Each day, our hearts ache for those who were violently stolen from their homes against their will. We pray for their families who are enduring unimaginable pain and uncertainty with unwavering courage. We pray for the strength and resilience of those held captive and pray that they will be home soon.
