Faculty and staff engaged in a variety of meaningful activities on Professional Development Day this past Monday. CJDS teachers gathered at Bernard Zell to explore Building Thinking Classrooms, an innovative approach that fosters deep thinking, collaboration, and student independence across all subject areas. Additionally, Junior Kindergarten and Kindergarten teachers worked hands-on with clay materials that they use in the classroom. Meanwhile, our Operations Team shared community gratitude by baking biscuits in the Kitchen and Food Lab and delivering them to local police stations to thank officers for their service.
