The school theme this year is One People, One Heart- עַם אֶחָד בְּלֵב אֶחָד. Our "Sha'ar CJDS" entry hallway features a mural with interpretations of One People, One Heart- עַם אֶחָד בְּלֵב אֶחָד by Israeli artists post October 7, 2023.

In a world that can often feel divided, "One People, One Heart" reminds us of the power of unity. It’s about recognizing our shared values, celebrating our common goals, and standing together as a community. We will all work toward making this year memorable by putting our hearts into everything we do. 

On the first day of school each student was given a wooden heart to decorate. These hearts will be added to the mural, creating a beautiful display that represents our unity.

We've also launched a Logo Design Competition. Students are creating a logo that reflects this year's theme, and the winning design will be featured on Rosh Hashanah cards, T-shirts, and water bottle stickers, allowing students to showcase their artwork throughout our community while helping to create a school environment that is welcoming, inclusive, and full of pride.
