We were honored to welcome CJDS Grandparent Etty Dolgin, Director of Education at Moadon Kol Chadash, along with her family at today's Kabbalat Shabbat.
We wish the best of luck to 2023 CJDS Alum Gabi Raviv and his parents, former CJDS President Stacy and Joey Raviv! Gabi will perform this weekend in the Crain-Maling Foundation CSO Young Artists Competition Finals.
This prestigious Illinois competition showcases the state’s top young soloists. Applicants auditioned live at Symphony Center before a distinguished panel of judges. After the preliminary round, four finalists were selected to perform in Orchestra Hall, accompanied by the Civic Orchestra of Chicago. The winner then goes on to perform as a soloist with members of the Chicago Symphony Orchestra in the following season’s CSO School and Family Concerts. We could not be prouder of Gabi!
