At Chicago Jewish Day School, dedicated spaces for prayer and Jewish learning are central to campus life. Our Beit Midrash in the California Building and Beit Midrash Katan in the Mozart Building provide welcoming environments where students come together for tefillah, Judaic Studies classes, guest speakers, and more.
Rooted in our multi-denominational approach to Jewish education, CJDS prayer spaces encourage students to explore Judaism with curiosity, respect, and joy. Here, students experience the richness and diversity of Jewish life while discovering the values and traditions that unite us as a community.
