Hanukkah in Chicago
My second thought was how important our freedom is to our collective self confidence and individual self image. We need to continue, as individuals and as a community, to stand up for human rights and the freedoms we enjoy. I went home and Googled the Mitzvah Tank and Hanukkah procession and want to share with you one of the underlying messages they hope to convey: “We hope this procession expresses a far-reaching, universal statement of tolerance, togetherness and unity."
Shabbat Shalom and Chag Oorim Sameach,
Ms. J (Judy)
