Tuesday was Yom Balon (Balloon Day) in Grade 1 Hebrew class. Students were beyond excited to see a Hebrew story about the letter ‘vav’ came to life. The story introduces a new Hebrew vowel and emphasizes color words. Afterwards, students enjoyed creating balloon shapes. Todah rabah to their wonderful Hebrew teachers, Morot Penina Berdugo and Nechama Linton!
