Storytelling Takes Center Stage in Kindergarten
  • Lower School
  • Reggio Emilia-Inspired Learning

Kindergarten students are embracing their roles as budding authors and illustrators, starting by sounding out words to write and illustrate their own stories. They brought their narratives to life using loose parts to create scenes and shared them with the teacher, who typed them up. Now, they are crafting stick puppets to represent their characters and have built stages to act out their stories, transforming their written words into lively performances!
