Purim and Pi Day might have collided this year, but that didn't stop Middle School from belatedly celebrating! Students participated in a Pi Day contest and were motivated by the prizes of enjoying pie and throwing whipped cream pies at their math teachers, Kate Burstein and Kate Schulte (aka the best sports around!). Students set out to see which class would raise their class median on Khan skill mastery within a two week period leading up to Pi Day. 7-2 were the big winners, with 7-1 very close behind.
