Passover learning has been underway over the past few weeks. On Monday, students in Junior Kindergarten to Grade 2 welcomed back the "Matzah Man," aka Rabbi Scheiman, to demonstrate how to make matzah with flour and water. By rolling, shaping, and baking their own matzah, our youngest learners gained a deeper understanding of its significance. This interactive experience brought the "why" and the "how" to life, helping them connect with the story of the Israelites' flight from Egypt and understand what makes this ritual Passover special.
