As part of their study of Indigenous People of North America, Grade 3 took a field trip this week to the Native Truths exhibit at the Field Museum. They were able to explore indigenous stories through words, music, dance, and art. Students also visited a recreation of a Pawnee Earth Lodge and compared traditional indigenous items to current household items that Pawnee people use.
