After months of fascination with space, it was only natural for Kindergarten students to visit the Adler Planetarium on Thursday, where they got to see firsthand much of what they've been learning!

Their curiosity about Earth and the planets blossomed in the fall, sparking hands-on exploration and a growing interest in astronauts and the International Space Station. Students had a blast experimenting with moon sand, crafting vibrant collages of our solar system, and more.

They produced creative drawings and discussed how telescopes work, inspiring some to design their own. It has been an exciting journey of discovery, and we have a feeling their exploration of the universe is just beginning!
