JK Opens Culminations by Showcasing a Year of Exploration and Storytelling

  • Reggio Emilia-Inspired Learning

JK started the culmination celebrations with a bang! This year, the students wanted to share their love of Torah and storytelling with their families. They began the event with Jewish songs and reflected on the beautiful moments of learning they experienced throughout the year. Their performance concluded with a '90s-inspired rendition of "Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat," featuring a hand-dyed parachute and pom-poms for the grand finale! In line with their Reggio Emilia-inspired classroom, students expressed their interest in storytelling through various mediums, including tie-dye, photography, the creation of an Israeli cookbook, drawings, and more. The morning not only deepened their understanding of all they learned this year but also strengthened the connection between their education and their families.
