Last Thursday and Friday, Grade 6 students participated in our Outdoor Ed program as they camped out at Camp Nageela Midwest. This yearly trip, designed especially for our new Middle School students, strengthens bonds between classmates while building collaboration, determination, and grit. After working together in teams to build their own tents, campers participated in team building activities and challenged themselves with a climbing wall and high ropes activities, soaring to new heights with their friends and teachers cheering them on. Other highlights included building a fire to roast hot dogs and hanging out with farm animals.
