Grade 7 students in Hebrew Teacher's Almog Yehuda's class explored different “Yom Kippur” artwork created by Jewish Israeli and non-Israeli artists. We discussed the various media used in the art, different costumes, and perspectives. Then, students created their own Yom Kippur artwork describing what “Yom Kippur” looks like in their lives or other people’s lives and presented it visually through painting, photography, sculpture, computer work, or any other creative way.”
