Sourdough Science & Cooking Intersect in Grade 7

The sourdough is a living thing that needs to be cared for and fed, and in the end, it's worth it when it feeds us! On Monday, Science Teacher Alex Randhava's students used the sourdough culture they've been nurturing to prepare dough, and by Wednesday, it had transformed into 18 pizzas for everyone to enjoy. Students had a blast combining their science and cooking knowledge in the new Food Lab to create something delicious!
