Students in Nitsan Heimer's Grade 8 Hebrew class opened their own בית קפה (Beit café) to prepare for their upcoming trip to Israel. Students made food and drinks, created the branding and prices, and ran the entire café — all in Hebrew. It was a fun and interactive way to practice the language and boost their confidence before traveling to Israel.
