Thank you for applying to Chicago Jewish Day School! Please complete and submit the following items when applying for admission to CJDS.
Complete CJDS Application for Admission
In order to complete the application, you will need to upload the following documents:
- Copy of applicant's birth certificate
- Current photo of applicant
- Current photo of the family
- An official copy of the most recent progress reports and any standardized test results (for Grades One-Eight only)
- To process your application, you will be required to pay a $75 non-refundable application fee.
- Call or Email to schedule a tour of the school.
- All applicants will be invited to an interview with Head of School. Meetings will be scheduled starting in January, 2024. You will be contacted to set up a meeting time.
